Prosciutto Wrapped Pears

I’m always on the look out for quick and easy + easy on the wallet appetizers for tapas style meals, parties or sides! This one is a winner every time! Sweet, with salty, with a touch of mild peppery flavor makes for a perfect bite. Easy to assemble, store and serve ~ you definitely want to make sure you have this recipe in your collection.

Head on over to Life In, Life Out to grab it!

We’re huge fans of Tapas style meals. Small bites and plates for sharing is such a fun way to eat. It pretty much guarantees that you are going to have an awesome foodie experience getting to taste a little of this and a little of that! Tapas have for sure been some of my best dining experience to date!

We love eating out Tapas style, but we also love gathering people into our home around amazing spreads of sharable food! And over the past year, Prosciutto Wrapped Pears have been on repeat around here for our parties and pre dinner appetizers. Three main ingredients, a little assembling, plate, and you’re good to go!

Hosting parties is one of my favorite things to do and these are definitely on the regular rotation! Give them a try!

Prosciutto Wrapped Pears

Ingreditents:
2-3 pears sliced into wedges
1-2 packages of prosciutto I like trader joes (pork and salt)
2 cups arugula
Balsamic (optional)

Instructions:
Lay out a slice of prosciutto. Place a pear wedge on one end along with a small bunch of arugula. Role up the pear and arugula in the prosciutto. You can leave as is or cut in half for more small bites. A drizzle of balsamic can be good but these are great just as they are.

Enjoy!!
